Hardware Interpretation: Several situations in which screw plating should not be rigidly matched

Electroplating plants, electroplating products are more, many products are mixed together. If the number of screws we have is relatively small. Under normal circumstances, the electroplating factory will mix and match our different specifications of screws. In this case, it is easy to cause some screws to be not plated, or poor plating or even some screw deformation, scrapped. Especially our combination screw, because it is a combination of three pieces. Inside and out, it's not so good for plating. Also, if the cross recess of the screw is not cleaned before plating, the plating may not be able to plate the cross recess.

We should match according to the accumulated experience of the day and we should not be forced. The following situations should not be rigidly matched to avoid affecting the quality of the screw product.

1. It is difficult to meet the quality requirements of various aspects of electroplating of different screws under the conditions of conventional electroplating;

2. The hardware screw specifications are too close, the size and length seem similar. Such hardware screws are separated for plating. Otherwise, when the plating is good, it is not easy to divide, and the screening is not good.

3. For heavy screws and lighter screws, the smaller screws and the larger screws are separated to plate. Otherwise, two types may be encountered during the plating process, resulting in damage to the screws.

4. Screws are easy to be plated together. Otherwise, the screws of the two different specifications and models are stuck together and formed into a ball during plating. It is easy to cause electroplating. Even after plating, it is difficult to separate the two types of screws.
