If you pair it with the Leap MoTIon sensor, you can achieve high precision and even play the piano on VR.

Michael Tolley, a professor of mechanical engineering at the University of California, San Diego School of Engineering, who participated in the project development, said: "This is the first prototype, but the results are surprising."

"Our ultimate goal is to create a device that can provide a richer experience in a VR environment... as you can imagine, it will be used in surgery, video games, and other places. ”

Although far from commercial products, the team used 3D printing technology to create a soft glove exoskeleton mold to prove the potential of mass production.

With this VR connection tool, the helmet can be distinguished from the competition. Almost all large VR helmet manufacturers have mastered motion tracking technology, and display technology is constantly improving, but we have not found satisfactory VR control technology.
