3. Bidder qualification requirements
3.1 The bid invitation requires the bidder to have an independent legal personality and a valid business license;
3.2 The bidder shall have Class A qualifications for municipal public works supervision, and have corresponding construction capabilities in terms of personnel, equipment, and funds;
3.3 Proposed Chief Supervising Engineer must have the qualification of registered supervision engineer;
3.5 The bidder must have a photocopy of the letter of inquiries on the results of the investigation of the bribery crime files issued by the procuratorial agency at the place where the enterprise is located or where the project is located (in the validity period, it includes the legal representative of the enterprise and the enterprise, the authorized client, and the original when the bid opening)
3.6 The bidder may submit multiple bids, but only one bid. The winning order is ranked by the result of the evaluation.
3.7 This tender does not accept the consortium bid.
