On the afternoon of November 13, it was claimed that the most advanced "Tianying" unmanned drone in the same class of domestic and foreign unmanned aerial vehicles was taken off the assembly line in Taizhou, Zhejiang (pictured). Wang Jianping said that the advanced nature of the "Tianying" drone was first embodied in a pneumatic platform. The aircraft's wing shape has a very high lift-to-drag ratio, with a maximum take-off weight of up to 1500 kg. In addition, the "Tianying" can carry 650 kilograms of fuel and mission equipment. The characteristics of this large payload allow it to simultaneously carry optoelectronics, radar, electronic and other reconnaissance systems and electronic countermeasure equipment to achieve multi-method reconnaissance. "Global Times" reporters at the scene saw the "Aquila" with a straight wing design, four wings below the wing, it can also be used to attack the platform. According to reports, when it performs the task of inspection and fight, it can mount more heavy weapons and improve its ability to strike targets.

Wang Jianping revealed that the “Tianying” UAV adopts intelligent autonomous control technology, which can realize one-button detection, one-button take-off, autonomous flight, and autonomous landing. Operators can control flight with only short-term training. It adopts integrated intelligent control technology of navigation, flight control and mission equipment. It can automatically search and track during reconnaissance and real-time target positioning.

Wang Jianping also specifically mentioned that as a reconnaissance platform, “Tianying” has installed a new generation of optical reconnaissance and sighting equipment with advanced international standards. This is a multi-photo, multi-sensor, multi-spectral ultra-long-distance imaging system with a range of up to 50 km and an advanced image processing system. Allegedly, it relied on compound axis control technology to ensure the clear and stable ultra-long-distance imaging, as well as high anti-interference observation and sighting capabilities in complex backgrounds.
