Recently, Guangdong Ganhua said on the investor interaction platform that the company's MOCVD equipment is currently undergoing final commissioning before mass production. In addition, it revealed that the chips produced by the company are mainly sold to downstream packaging plants (not limited to Jiangmen local) and not sold to Delixi Group.

Guangzhou Ganhua also said that the existing 10 MOCVD equipment commissioning production has not yet been completed, and it is expected that mass production will be possible in the second half of the year.

In addition, the company further stated that the current plant is constructed according to the original planned 20 MOCVD equipment scale, and has reserved space for future expansion; the other ten equipment will determine the purchase time depending on the production and operation of the existing equipment.

It is understood that the company's LED first phase project total investment of 836 million yuan, the construction of 20 sets of MOCVD equipment LED epitaxial wafer production line and supporting chip production line, after the project is completed and put into production, will form an annual output of 960,000 high-brightness blue-green LED epitaxial Chip and chip production capacity.

Regarding the subsidies for MOCVD equipment, the company said that the government departments are currently implementing relevant procedures and have not yet formally responded. The company is also actively following up the progress of the matter.
