Thank you for being able to attend today's 6th Tencent Global Partner Conference. Tencent has been opening since 2011 and it has been a full 5 years today. We look back at the opening path we have seen in the past 5 years. We are seeing a Tencent and many of our partners are learning and growing together. If we go back to five years ago, Tencent had just started to do the opening moment. We feel that our understanding of openness was relatively simple at that time. We thought that we could open up the flow of Tencent platform and share it with the development of Tencent Ecology. With the entrepreneurs, we have made Tencent open. We are also particularly grateful to the first batch of these partners who were able to participate in and trust Tencent's open platform five years ago. They are indeed the first beneficiaries of Tencent's development platform.
After the first step of opening up the flow of traffic, we have seen some new obstacles in the development of the open platform. There is a very important difference between Internet entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship in the corporate sector. Internet entrepreneurship has a very high technical threshold. We have many entrepreneurs who have very good business acumen and are very conscious of bringing services to Internet users. However, because there is no good technology developer, there is no way to achieve their own entrepreneurship. dream. Therefore, we opened the platform to do the second thing, is to open our Tencent's own technical capabilities, for example, we do Tencent cloud, so that entrepreneurs can no longer worry about the cloud server management and other complex technical issues. Another example is that we have done QQ public platform, WeChat public platform, making our developers to develop their own services with a simple custom development.
After we did a lot of online services for entrepreneurs, we thought of the question: Is it possible for us to cross online and offline, and to provide some services for our entrepreneurs online?
Since the beginning of two years ago, we have worked with governments and partners across the country to create a space for entrepreneurial entrepreneurship so that our entrepreneurs can no longer consider the issues of office space, and they can receive, for example, rent reductions at the beginning of their business. , government preferences, etc. These are good support methods. After completing a lot of physical entrepreneurial space, we were thinking about what else we could do for entrepreneurs. A year ago we launched a startup service platform. We put a lot of social services that can provide entrepreneurs with soft services. Resources are brought to an open platform. Any management or business difficulties encountered by entrepreneurs of any open platform during the entrepreneurial process can be solved through the entrepreneurial service platform. Small companies register, tax declarations, and large Adviser to business consulting, investment and financing. I think we are in the past five times, through our own step-by-step learning and efforts, to help our entrepreneurs as far as possible to provide a platform for entrepreneurial development in China and even around the world.
After the joint efforts of us and all our partners over the past five years, we have achieved some very significant results. As of today, there are more than 6 million entrepreneurs registered on Tencent's open platform, of which 30 have been listed as listed companies. In the past five years, all entrepreneurs and companies in all Tencent open platforms have received more than 16 billion yuan in total revenue from Tencent's open platform. To this day, it can be said that as long as entrepreneurs have needs we are willing to implement for entrepreneurs, but today we have more important things to do. Next, I want to share with you a few new ideas about the open platform and discuss it with everyone.
The first new idea is about creating space.
After more than two years of hard work, Zhongchuang Space has successfully opened 18 in the country, and there are 12 contracted spaces that have been signed. It is in the process of planning and opening up, but we used to create space and we serve in the past. Both the object and the target are entrepreneurs of the Internet. Entrepreneurial enthusiasm for other industries outside the Internet is also very high this year. The concept of Internet+ is getting deeper and deeper into various industries. Therefore, we are thinking of a problem. Can we put it in the Internet? Can the ideas of creating space be brought to other industries? We have done a lot of exploration in the past year. For example, we worked together with Shanghai to try to create a creative space for the financial sector. For example, we are cooperating with Hengdian and doing business in the area of ​​film and television. Together with Jinhua, we explored the entrepreneurial space of doing Internet Reds, and discussed with Guangzhou Medical treatment is possible. During our past year's experiment, we felt that our ideas for creating a creative space in the past are also entirely possible in other industries. These ideas can not only help the entrepreneurial enthusiasm and entrepreneurial success of other industries, but also give more. Internet collaborators bring opportunities for cross-border cooperation.
In addition, we have also conducted entrepreneurial competitions in other regions outside China in the past year. For example, we are in the Silicon Valley in the United States. We are hosting the entrepreneurial competitions in the most developed countries and regions in the world in South Korea. The effect should be beyond our expectations. We have seen that there are very, very many present-day entrepreneurs in these places who are very actively involved in our entrepreneurial competition, and there are also numerous, very good works of entrepreneurship. At the same time, they also expressed their strong will. The idea that we think we can create a creative space in China can also help overseas entrepreneurs succeed.
Therefore, we also plan to launch our creative space outside China, including the United States, South Korea, Singapore, Israel, and other countries in the near future. We hope that these overseas creative spaces will be launched. On the one hand, it can bring more fresh content to the Internet in China. On the other hand, it can further promote new opportunities for Chinese entrepreneurs and overseas entrepreneurs to communicate with each other and work together.
The second thought that we would like to share today is the impact of the new technologies of the Internet on our open platform. If we come to list some new technologies that will have a major impact on the Internet, the two hottest keywords will have VR and AI.
The first thing to say about VR is that in today's exhibitions, there are also many companies that have launched the VR exhibition area. We also see several famous world-class companies launching their own VR platforms in the world, and we have Tencent ourselves in the past. Over the past year or so, we have been accumulating VR technology. While developing our own VR platform, we hope that in the near future, when we feel that the technology is mature and the product experience can meet our requirements, we will treat Tencent itself. The VR platform and VR solutions can be introduced to the market. There will be a VR open platform that will be launched together with our VR platform and VR solutions. We are very eager to look forward to all the domestic VR field of interest, whether it is hardware developers, software developers, or friends of the media are able to pay close attention to our progress in VR.
In terms of AI, we think that AI has really entered the public's attention. This is a famous event that has been heatedly debated by the media this year. AlphaGo and Li Shizhi’s go against each other. However, in reality, AI technology has accumulated a lot of technology in foreign Internet companies. And reserves, Tencent will not miss such an AI feast. Over the past few years, we have been continuously accumulating and developing our own AI technology. Perhaps we may not have noticed the changes that Tencent's AI technology has produced in the industry as a whole. However, I would like to talk about all the AI ​​technologies that we have accumulated in the past. Actually, we have widely used Tencent’s numerous products in the past, whether we are on social media or our content platform, or we actually use AI technology in many of our related search and advertising services. And in the future, we have plans to launch innovative products that are more closely related to AI, and we are also considering how we can use Tencent’s own accumulated AI technology to provide us with an open platform.
