The registered address of the joint venture company is tentatively scheduled to be located in Haishu District, Xiamen City; the business scope is the development of LED new light source, new lighting products and the development of lighting market channels.
The joint venture company will use the technology and market advantages of both parties to jointly develop market channels and jointly develop new LED light sources and new lighting products. In the future market operation process, the joint venture company will give priority to the use or purchase of both products under the same price/performance ratio.
