Shanghai released mandatory local standards for LED display brightness limits

Recently, the Shanghai Municipal Bureau of Quality Supervision officially released the Shanghai compulsory local standard “Maximum visible brightness limit and measurement method for LED display in public places” (DB31/708-2013). The standard will be implemented from September 1, 2013.

The standard is for outdoor and indoor LED display, according to the area of ​​use, the area of ​​the display screen and the illumination of the surrounding environment of the screen, the corresponding limit requirements and measurement methods are specified, which fills the current domestic standards in the field of “light pollution”. The blank has certain guiding significance for the production, installation and operation of LED screens.

The implementation of this standard will provide a scientific basis for the installation and commissioning of LED displays in public places in Shanghai, and provide technical support for limiting the excessive “light pollution” of LED displays in operation, thus changing many current LED display operating units. Blindly pursuing the status quo of "eye-catching" effect, creating a more comfortable living environment for the public.

The standard was drafted by Shanghai Quality Inspection Institute, Shanghai Information System Quality Technology Association, Shanghai Rongjing Affairs Center and other related units.

Stator and rotor laminations are an important part of motors and generators. For large-size and small-batch punching sheets, we usually use the notching method to produce them. The advantages of notching are that the cost of the notching die is low and the production cycle of the notching die is short. It is suitable for producing large size laminations, usually the outer diameter is from 500mm-1250mm. The slot size is more accurate than Laser Cutting.
