In this bidding, Shangyu "Sunshine" stood out among more than 30 home appliance light source enterprises in the country. Its compact energy-saving fluorescent lamps and T5 high-power straight tube fluorescent lamps and brackets all won the bid. The products are in business qualification, product quality, after-sales service and products. In the price review, all of them received the first place in the comprehensive score. This means that after the implementation of the new energy-saving policy, “Sunshine†has become the biggest winner.
According to reports, China's energy-saving lamp industry has been in the midst of "satisfaction". Although China is the world's largest producer of energy-saving lamps, energy-saving lamps account for about 90% of the world's total output, but the proportion of domestic energy-saving lamps is low, and 70% of energy-saving lamps are exported abroad. Relevant person analysis believes that the energy-saving lamps "flowers outside the wall" are on the one hand because of the huge demand for foreign energy-saving lamps. On the other hand, the "value" of energy-saving lamps is higher than that of ordinary lamps, and the quality of products is uneven, thus affecting The promotion in the country.
In the climate of energy conservation and emission reduction, the state proposed to promote 150 million energy-saving lamps during the “Eleventh Five-Year Plan†period, and the central government set up special funds to support the promotion and use of high-efficiency lighting products. On January 21 this year, the Ministry of Finance and the National Development and Reform Commission jointly issued the Interim Measures for the Administration of Financial Subsidy Funds for Efficient Lighting Products Promotion.
