0 INTRODUCTION In the electricity distribution system and the original manual meter reading in the commercial integrated plaza project, the data collection can no longer meet the current business management system. The intelligentization and digitization of the power distribution system have become the basic requirements for intelligentization and dataization in the commercial integrated plaza project. Through the intelligent system, real-time monitoring of user-side energy consumption, data accumulation, and analysis provide managers with accurate business energy data.
ACREL-3000 power management system is precisely the user-side power management system developed for the above trends. This system measures, stores, and analyzes the energy input and output loops of substations and substations of the Xintian Center 04 and 09 of Shanghai Hongqiao Business District, and displays the energy distribution and operating status of the entire distribution system in the form of tables or graphs. Quantify the operating status of the system and provide data for managers' daily management and maintenance.
This paper takes the 04 and 09 plots of Xindi Center of Hongqiao Business District in Shanghai as an example to briefly introduce the application of ACREL-3000 power management system in the power distribution system of the 04 and 09 plots in Xindi Center of Shanghai Hongqiao Business District.
1 Project Introduction Land Lots 04 and 09 of Hongqiao Business District, Shanghai Overview of the Project: The project is a new commercial office building with a total construction area of ​​88,749 square meters, of which 50,240 square meters are on the ground and 38,509 square meters are expected to be underground. . Need to install passenger ladders and escalators. Including: Commercial office building exhibition center underground parking garage Shanghai Hongqiao Xindi Center Building 1, ground: 9 floors, underground: 3 floors. Shanghai Hongqiao Xindi Center Building 2, aboveground: 8 floors, underground: 1 floor.
This project is to build a power management system for Building No. 1. Building No. 1 consists of five core cylinders, a total of 315 metering points, which are connected to 16 buses through hand-held twisted pairs. The data is then uploaded to the power monitoring network through two serial port servers. The monitoring can be performed through the local power management platform and can also be uploaded to the upper level energy consumption monitoring platform through the energy consumption gateway.
ACREL-3000 energy management system collects, stores, and processes data from smart metering devices and exports them in the form of graphs and reports to provide management personnel with specific power consumption details.
2 User needs After the site investigation and the communication with the owner in the early stage, the basic requirements are analyzed and divided into the following aspects:
1) Data acquisition and processing: Real-time collection of various analog, switch, temperature, and electricity meter readings via the bay unit;
2) Screen display: location status of all equipment, displacement information, protection equipment operation and reversion information, information of DC system and variable system used, real-time data of various measured values, various alarm information, status information of computer monitoring system;
3) Record function: It has the function of memorizing various historical data so as to query, review and print at any time.
4) Alarm processing: Users can classify and filter alarms according to their own wishes, and the alarms can be summarized in different alarm windows. According to different alarm levels, the alarms can be displayed using the push-out screen, light display, stripe flashing, and different sound levels. ;
5) It should have perfect user management functions to avoid unauthorized operations;
6) History curve display: It can display historical waveform diagram of any analog quantity, electricity measure and bus voltage stored in history database at any time;
7) Report printing function: Summon printing, timing printing of various historical data, operating parameters, accident report statistics, electrical metrics statistics report, main wiring diagram, load curve.

3.2 System Architecture Design Given the construction scale and nature of the 04 and 09 plots of the Xindi Center in Hongqiao Business District, Shanghai, and the follow-up project's joint development nature, the system department of Ancorui Electric Co., Ltd. based on the user's needs and the same Based on the experience in nature engineering, the following design was made for the construction of the intelligent power distribution system for the building: Intelligent power meters have been installed at all monitoring points of substations 04 and 09 of the Hongqiao Business District Xindi Center. Standard Modbus-RTU protocol. The on-site installation of smart meters is hand-in-hand connected through shielded twisted pairs. The data bus of building #1 is directly laid on the data collector at the back office of the system; the data bus of building #2 is laid on the data acquisition box, and then passes through the optical fiber. Communication uses the TCP/IP protocol to transfer data to the system host, as shown in system diagram 1.

4 system function The upper computer software uses ACREL-3000 energy management system, through the software to carry on the equipment disposition, the database variable disposition, the interface design and so on, has completed in the upper computer software monitoring and the electric energy management function.
4.1 Features ACREL-3000 power management system uses a full Chinese interface, simple and convenient operation; stable and reliable operation. 4.2 Software Features:
4.2.1 Communication Diagram The communication diagram is a topological diagram and shows whether the communication between the system and the instrument is normal. The change of the color of the interface module reflects the operating status of each monitoring point of the entire system. The interface is shown in Figure 2.

4.2.2 Monitoring details The monitoring details reflect the name of the distribution circuit of the entire system, the corresponding distribution system and the main electrical parameters of the circuit. Through the display of real-time data, the operating data of each monitoring loop of this project is directly reflected, which helps the administrator to know the operating status of the system in real time. The interface is shown in Figure 3.

4.2.3 Parameter meter reading The parameter report reflects the operation data of the monitoring loop of the project at a certain time in the past, and the loop status is reflected by the real-time parameter data at the current or past time. The main data includes: three-phase voltage, three-phase current, electric energy, active power, reactive power, power compensation factor, frequency. The interface is shown in Figure 4.

4.2.4 Energy Report The energy report is to present the management of electricity consumption in the form of a report. This report can realize monthly meter reading, daily meter reading, and hour meter reading at any time during the operation of the system and can be in the form of Excel. Export or print. 5 Concluding remarks
The intelligent, transparent and high-efficiency requirements of the commercial building's integrated building distribution system have prompted the market to provide corresponding solutions. At present, smart meters are installed in the power supply and distribution systems of commercial and office buildings, ie the input and output nodes of substations, and computer network integration technologies are used to provide customers with remote meter reading, data storage, and data processing services to help customers in real time. We master the energy use condition of building and realize intelligent management of building energy use.
The power management system for the 04 and 09 plots of the Xindi Center in Shanghai Hongqiao Business District realized the real-time collection, storage, display, and export of the distribution system data. Intelligent instruments are installed at important nodes of the distribution system, and the real-time data monitoring system of the distribution system is thus implemented. While designing, installing and debugging the system, it also combs and checks all parameters of the distribution system in detail. Through the verification of various power parameters at the site, the operating status of the distribution system can be understood. The system analyzes and processes the collected data, displays real-time power usage status of the owner's distribution circuits, and generates various energy reports. The installation of the system facilitates the collection of various power parameters. Through the analysis and research of the data, the management formulates a corresponding adjustment plan for the production process. The system is safe, reliable and stable. It also solves the problem of unclear power consumption of each distribution circuit for end users of the distribution system, providing a reliable basis for the maintenance of the power system in the later period and the development of reasonable property services.
