The LaunchPad series development board is a low-cost MSP430 microcontroller development platform from Texas Instruments that provides a complete hardware and software reference design for the MSP430. The Boosterpack series is the extension board for the LaunchPad, a low-cost plug-in daughter card that helps ARM® CortexTM-M4 MCU developers create products with up to seven motion and environmental sensing capabilities. Developers can use the BOOSTXL-SENSHUB board to create a wide range of sensor fusion applications, including Global Positioning System (GPS) tracking, home and building automation, portable consumer electronics, and gaming.
The ADS1118 Boosterpack evaluation board, based on TI's latest ADS1118, the smallest 16-bit digital-to-analog converter (ADC) device, shows us a simple, low-cost solution for K-type thermocouple temperature measurement.
The ADS1118 is 65% smaller than the same type of 16-bit ADC. At temperatures ranging from 0 degrees Celsius to 65 degrees Celsius, the ADS1118 ensures accurate measurements with an accuracy of 0.5 degrees Celsius and a sampling rate of up to 860 SPS. The main features are:

The ADS1118 acts as a precision 16-bit analog-to-digital converter (ADC) with an internal multiplexer that divides the four inputs into four single-ended or two-way differential inputs. It can work in continuous mode or single-shot mode, saving more power in single-shot mode. The ADS1118 is ideal for accurate temperature measurement applications, whether it is system level temperature sensing or thermocouple cold junction compensation. TI offers a complete solution for working with the MSP430 microcontroller.

TPS7A4700-EVM Evaluation Board Experience
The TPS7A4700-EVM evaluation board is a simple green 2-layer board. The whole solution is based on the LDO TPS7A4700. It is a simple power conversion module that supports 0~35V wide input voltage and the output voltage range is 1.4V~20.5V to 100mV. Is the smallest unit.

The TPS7A4700 uses a bipolar technology with high current gain, which explains its relatively high load capacity of 1A, low output noise and high power supply ripple rejection are two important aspects of bipolar technology. The parameters are guaranteed, and the differential voltage and quiescent current are not good for bipolar transistors. The two parameters of the TPS7A4700 can only be said to be general.
