1. The elevator-specific machine room should be locked at any time, and the door lock key should be kept by the competent person or special personnel;
2. The engine room should be well ventilated, the lighting meets the requirements, and the doors and windows are closed. The temperature in the machine room should be kept between 5 and 40 degrees Celsius in any season.
3. The equipment room should be kept clean and tidy. It is strictly forbidden to store inflammable, explosive or dangerous articles, and no other debris is allowed to be piled up;
4, the fire equipment in the equipment room should be placed in a prominent position, and ensure that the equipment is in good condition, within the validity period;
5, the elevator machine room should be cleaned once a week;
6. Noisy personnel are not allowed to enter the machine room. If they need to enter due to work needs, they must be approved by the supervisor and enter the machine room accompanied by professionals.
7. Personnel who have not obtained the "Special Equipment Operation Certificate" shall not use or operate the elevator equipment at will;
8. According to the provisions of the “Safety Operation Regulationsâ€, the professional keeps the surface of the equipment and facilities in the equipment room free of dust, rust, grease, and dirt, ensuring the normal operation of the elevator;
9. When the elevator machine room is stopped due to maintenance or maintenance, the notice board should be hanged at the base station.
