1, the requirements of the working environment

In order to maintain a stable CNC machine tool processing accuracy, the working environment must meet the following conditions:

(1) Stable machine tool foundation, the base surface must be leveled and smoothed when making the machine foundation. If the base surface is not flat, the machine adjustment will add unnecessary trouble. Make a machine foundation and pre-bury various pipes.

(2) Suitable ambient temperature, generally 10~30 °C.

(3) Air circulation, no dust, no oil mist and metal powder.

(4) Suitable humidity, not wet.

(5) The grid meets the requirements of the total capacity required for the normal operation of CNC machine tools, and the voltage fluctuation range is 85~110%.

(6) Good grounding, grounding resistance is less than 4~7Ω.

(7) Anti-interference, away from strong electromagnetic interference such as welding machines, large cranes, high-intermediate frequency equipment, etc.

(8) Keep away from vibration sources. When the high-precision CNC machine tool is used as the foundation, it must have a shock-proof groove, and the anti-vibration groove must be filled with sand or furnace ash.

2. Precautions when the CNC machine is in place

According to the process layout diagram, select the installation position of the machine tool in the workshop, and then according to the basic diagram and outline drawing of the machine tool provided by the machine tool builder, carry out the actual line-out work at the 1:1 ratio, and draw the machine foundation and contour on the workshop floor. Check the machine tool for interference with peripheral equipment, walkways, facilities, etc., and pay attention to the limit of the crane travel. If there is interference, the machine tool should be shifted and re-released until there is no interference.
