First, let's briefly review the essence of last week, the DC charging model:

We can clearly see that the charging model is mainly composed of three parts: “non-vehicle chargerâ€, “vehicle interface†and “electric vehicleâ€, so the abnormal suspension of charging is basically caused by these three parts, then we will A “physical examination†analysis of these three parts.
The first type of illness: abnormal charging suspension caused by the part of the off-board charger.

1) During the charging process, if the off-board charger has a failure to continue charging (such as accidental water ingress or foreign matter entering the charging pile, sudden change in ambient temperature, etc.), send "charger stop charging message" to the vehicle cycle and Control the charger to stop charging, disconnect K1, K2, K3 and K4 within 100ms;

2) During the charging process, if the non-vehicle charger control device has a communication timeout (such as a communication line failure, etc.), the off-board charger stops charging, and disconnects K1, K2, K5, K6 within 10s, and does not charge the vehicle. When the machine control device occurs 3 times of communication timeout to confirm the communication interruption, the off-board charger stops charging, and disconnects K1, K2, K3, K4, K5, K6 within 10s;

3) During the charging process, if the output voltage of the off-board charger is greater than the maximum allowable total charging voltage of the vehicle (such as the charging post output voltage limiting function is invalid), the off-board charger should stop charging within 1 s and disconnect K1. K2, K3, K4;

The second type of illness: the abnormal suspension of charging caused by the vehicle plug and the vehicle socket.

1) During the charging process, the off-board charger control device detects the voltage at the detection point 1. If it is determined that the switch S is changed from closed to open (such as a button failure or false trigger on the charging gun), it should be within 50 ms. Reduce the output current to 5A or below;

2) During the charging process, the off-board charger control device detects the voltage of the detection point 1 and determines that the vehicle interface is changed from full connection to disconnection (such as accidental movement of the vehicle, accidental disturbance of the charging gun cable, etc.) Then control the off-board charger to stop charging, and disconnect K1, K2, K3, K4 within 100ms.

The third type of illness: the abnormal suspension of charging caused by electric vehicles.

1) In the charging process, if the vehicle has a fault that cannot continue to be charged (such as the BMS system falsely reports the battery real-time status, the vehicle control device incorrectly turns off the charging circuit contactor, etc.), then the vehicle is stopped to send the "vehicle stop charging report". "" and disconnected K5 and K6 within 300ms (determined by the vehicle based on the severity of the fault).
