Overview:
This paper introduces the design principle of a high performance 450W three-output DC/DC converter. The circuit is analyzed and simulated by MATLAB6.5. The FET driving circuit is given. At the same time, the technical specifications of the power supply EMC are introduced. Electromagnetic compatibility is designed and the EMC test waveform is given. The test results show that the DC/DC converter is designed reasonably.
The 450W multi-channel DC/DC converter is a DC-converted switching power supply with an input voltage of 27V DC. The power output is DC ±20V 10A and 5V 10A respectively. The input and output of the power supply are isolated and output. The ±20V and 5V of the power supply are not shared, which prevents interference caused by the ground. The power supply has the advantages of high output voltage regulation accuracy and small ripple.
The main circuit topology of the switching power supply PWM converter is a boost converter, a buck converter, a buck2boost converter and a Cuk converter. On this basis, there are various DC2DC converter topologies with isolation transformers, such as single-ended forward or single-ended.
