Third, bidder qualification requirements:
1. The bidders for each bid section of the project must be an independent legal person with the qualifications of the general construction contracting (including grade) of the building construction project issued by the construction administrative department, with a good reputation and a valid record of bribery crimes. It has relevant construction capabilities in terms of personnel, equipment, funds, etc.; the bidder proposes that the construction engineer must possess the professional qualifications for registered construction divisions (including Grade II) and above, intermediate and above engineering and technical titles, and effective safety.
